ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders are processed quickly — email us at support@jaad.no straight away and we'll try our best. We can't always guarantee changes once an order is confirmed.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Norway Free on orders over 1499 NOK. Otherwise 79 NOK.

EU Free on orders over 2499 NOK. Otherwise 149 NOK.

Rest of the world Flat rate of 199 NOK. Please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country.

How long does delivery take? Norway: 2–4 business days. EU: 5–10 business days. International: varies by location, but apriximately 5-10 business days

Can I track my order? Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

What is your return policy? You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

How do I return something? Email us at support@jaad.no with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Can I exchange for a different size? We don't offer direct exchanges. Just return your item and place a new order in the right size.
